1. Participants
These terms are concluded between IT USER, Belgium, and any person wishing to make a purchase via the IT USER website (the "User").

2. Object
These Terms & Conditions govern online sales. They define the rights and obligations of IT USER and the User regarding orders, payment, and delivery. The parties agree that their relationship is exclusively governed by this contract. IT USER reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time; the version in effect at the date of the order applies. These Terms are always accessible on the website.

3. Prices
Prices of products are displayed in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are additional and borne by the User.

4. Payment
Payment can be made via PAYPAL or bank transfer. During order validation, the User chooses the payment method. Bank or PayPal account details are displayed during payment. Products remain the property of IT USER until full payment is received. Payment data is processed securely via SSL encryption through PayPal. For more information, visit www.paypal.com.

5. Delivery
Delivery is made via TNT/FedEx Express in Belgium and Europe. An invoice is provided upon delivery. IT USER will make every effort to deliver to the specified address within a few days after order validation. The User must check shipments and report any issues within three business days. If the delivery is not accepted or rearranged within three weeks, the order is returned to IT USER; additional costs may apply.

6. Privacy & Data Processing
Personal data collected for order processing (name, email, address, phone) is confidential and used only internally. IT USER does not sell or lease user data to third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Warranty
Warranty is limited to one year. Products must be returned to IT USER with proof of purchase in original packaging at the customer's expense. Items will be repaired or replaced at IT USER’s discretion.

8. Records & Evidence
Records stored in IT USER computer systems under reasonable security conditions constitute proof of communications, orders, and payments.

9. Limitation of Liability
IT USER makes reasonable efforts to ensure accurate information and timely delivery. IT USER is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages related to product use.

10. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Brussels, Belgium, after attempting amicable resolution.

11. Updates
IT USER reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Last update: March 2026
